No management fee, no joining fee, no subscription. The only charge is a share of the profit the desk makes — and in a month that closes without profit, there is no charge at all.
The account's previous peak is its high-water mark. Each month, the share is calculated only on what the account makes above that mark — never on ground it has already covered. Worked through on a $10,000 account below.
| Month | Result | Account after | High-water mark | Share taken? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Start | — | $10,000 | $10,000 | — |
| Month 1 | +$400 | $10,400 | $10,400 | Yes — on $400 |
| Month 2 | +$500 | $10,900 | $10,900 | Yes — on $500 |
| Month 3 | +$400 | $11,300 | $11,300 | Yes — on $400 |
| Month 4 | +$600 | $11,900 | $11,900 | Yes — on $600 |
The mark resets upward every time the account makes new ground. Month 4's share is calculated on the $600 made that month, not on the $1,900 the account is up in total.
Nothing is charged. The mark stays where it was, and the account has to climb back above it before any share applies again — so the recovery itself is always free.
On the last trading day of the month the account's net result is taken — every closed trade, profit and loss together, after spread and swap.
If the account is still below its last high-water mark, the profit goes to recovering that first. No share is taken while the account is below the mark.
Whatever net profit is left above the high-water mark is shared, and you keep the larger part of it.
The account's new peak becomes the level the next month has to beat before any share applies again.
Profit sharing describes how the desk is paid. It is not a statement about how much the account will make. The daily figure quoted on this site is a target, not a guaranteed return, and a managed account can lose money.
